We understand that counseling can be intimidating. The thought of sitting in a room with a stranger can be overwhelming at times. We are here for you and offer a variety of counseling options to suit you needs. Our goal is to help you feel happy, improved, proud, and in control. We believe that each person is an individual and adapt our counseling style to you. We offer a variety of approaches and theories.

We serve many clients ages 30 to 75. We love helping the kiddos but we also specialize in adults and couples. Give us a call!
