Here are the some questions asked frequently by our clients.
Q: What is your earliest or latest appointment?
A: Appointments are available upon request and subject to availability. We are open 6 days a week from 9am to 7pm. You can make an appointment with Mrs. Amber Kuntz or one of our other well trained counselors.
Q: What is the length of sessions?
A: A session lasts 45-50 minutes. You and your therapist can arrange longer sessions at a prorated fee. We do have half sessions for a discounted rate.
Q: What does therapy cost? Is there a sliding fee scale?
A: Your therapist will discuss the fee during your initial phone call and again during the first session. After all options are exhausted, Fee is dependent on insurance and Whole Health Panel. Rates depend on insurance though normally range from $70-$90 in price. You can also request a session based on tax income with an intern.
Q: Do you accept medical insurance?
A: Will discuss insurance arrangements during intake. The office manager will file your insurance for you. If it is decided not to file in office you can file independently or take the Whole Health Panel discount if you have insurance.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: AK does accept credit cards for the 3% processing fee. We also accept pay pal for a fee.
